The Owner, Liz Veres, is a Lake County resident who has worked in the Food and Beverage industry since the early 2000s. She knew after College that she needed a job to be with people, but after years of bar tending and managing restaurants, she felt the need to offer Lake County something more.

Be Smoothie Cafe offers customers alternative, healthy, fast-food options with their selection of whole food, nutritious smoothies, wraps, salads, juices and more.
